BUSINESS STRATEGIST.
CONSULTANT. SUPER CONNECTOR.

I help modernize your company to be a dynamic player in the marketplace
without you losing the heart, soul, or sanity of the organization.

For small business owners and organizations:

I chose the latter.

“Brigitte, you can let this deter you or drive you.”

As I sat in her hospital room on December 27th, 2019, I said to myself,

My father, a brilliant man, lived a life of service to others. The man had one opportunity: he did not prioritize his health. He put his commitment and dedication to his family, friends, work, and the church community before his own needs.

In April 2018, I had just left my corporate job to take on my business full-time. In August 2018, my dad passed away. Sixteen months later, my mother was diagnosed with leukemia on December 24th, 2019.

Why am I sharing all of this with you?

My father came to this country from Palestine in 1963 to start building his American Dream. My mother came to the United States in 1974; she and my dad would root themselves permanently in the Philadelphia metropolis area.

My father was an aerospace engineer for the U.S. Navy fine-tuning the safety systems on the aircrafts. He also had the honor of working for NASA. Yes, you're reading this right: my father was a rocket scientist. Within both sectors of work, my father saved countless lives in our U.S. military and aeronautical units.

A first-generation Palestinian-American born to immigrant refugees who had one mission: build their own American Dream.

Human experience first, all else second.

My mission in business has become two-fold:

○  I hated being tall until I learned the power of my legs. I learned my       body is a powerhouse. I am now an avid gym “rat” and runner.

Life is an ecosystem; everything is connected. How you handle one area of your life is how you handle every area. Thriving in physical health is just as important as thriving in professional health; thus, helping others achieve the same in their businesses.

Fun fact: I rowed in college for a Division #1 school (very briefly) and the experience left a memorable impact on me.

○  Can we grab a drink or coffee together outside of work?
○  Can I picture myself stranded in an airport for hours at a time with        you?  (Yes. I’m serious)

Are you involved in your community and driving social change?
I wouldn’t have it any other way!

How I choose to work with clients:

Business and personal lesson: life doesn’t wait. We manage and uplevel our businesses in times of crisis and exude to others what is possible. The goal is to always show the human experience above everything else.

I lost my dad in my early thirties four months after leaving my corporate job; my Mom was diagnosed 16 months later with leukemia.

○  Merchandising, supply chain, logistics, recruiting, training, human         resources, consumer behaviorism: you name it, I learned it.
○  My daily ensemble consisted of red and khaki.

Wise words my first manager told me: “Brigitte, you can say whatever you need to say, to whoever in this world, it’s just the way you say it.” I live by these words everyday in business.

○  Addressing the homeless crisis here in Philadelphia
○  Educating others on the Palestininan culture in a unique way
    as a business owner

Representation of all walks of life in business is a main priority as a business consultant. I also seek out businesses that are focusing on social change too.

I am passionate about bridging the gaps in our communities:

I worked as an executive team leader for Target Corporation

○  Dad came here in 1963, mom came over from Palestine in 1974
○  Dad was an aerospace engineer for the U.S. Navy and a rocket scientist for NASA. Mom was a school teacher.

My work ethic and integrity comes from my parents. Everyday, I wake up thinking, “how can I serve the greater good today with my skills and knowledge?”

I am first-generation Palestinian-American:

At an early age, I jumped at the chance to lead:

○  Treasurer of the North American Council (SOYO) Orthodox                     Christian Youth Group at age 17
○  Business Floor Resident Assistant in college
○  Mission work in a Guatemalan orphanage in Guatemala City

This laid the foundation for the leadership roles and network I have today built in service to others.

“My biggest takeaway from working with Brigitte is trusting myself! My lack of confidence came from not trusting that I was smart enough, good enough, or holding enough self-worth to believe my audience should trust me. And heck, if I didn't trust me, why would my clients? The work of her program is brilliant. It didn't feel overwhelming. It felt like building blocks, a stronger foundation each week.”
Rachael Davila
"My email open rates increased from 25% to 40% AND I am receiving work from my dream clients: business owners and larger corporations. You were exactly what I needed.”

angela wilson
"Brigitte saved me at least 3-5 years in figuring out business strategy, marketing, and more for myself as a successful coach. "

After 7 years in my field, I struggled to find clients and my business was a source of anxiety. The transformation has been amazing: I replaced my corporate salary and have a constant flow of clients!”

A bit about us:
(as seen on our website):

Given my background in organization development, emotional intelligence, and human behavior, I bridge the gaps in your business. I also connect you to the appropriate people and resources to better serve your expansion and team.

In addition to being a business consultant, I belong to and sit on several leadership boards for network organizations locally and globally. My network is expansive; this allows me to play business “matchmaker.”

Alongside this presence, I was the managing director of an all women’s international connection organization. We are Polka Dot Powerhouse.

So much so that I’ve acquired two nicknames in business: Chief People Officer (CPO)
and“Brigitte the Bridge.”

"As someone in the repair and restoration industry, I thought, how can Brigitte who works with big corporations help me, an owner operator? I found out it didn't matter whether it's just myself, or a company of ten, or a big company with 100+ employees. When working with Brigitte she immerses herself in your business and makes you feel like you're the CEO of a Fortune 500 company.

She gets to know the nitty gritty of your business along with the intricacies of your personality to help you leverage your personal skill set to the best of its potential. Together, we set a concrete plan and goals for me. One of the specifics she helped me with was sticking to a "work on your business" schedule, and not just working "in my business".

Within days of working together, I landed a client for a pretty significant project in my field. I'm not sure that I would have pushed myself to go out there and showcase my visibility without having Brigitte as a coach pushing me. No matter what you do business is business and Brigitte seems to have cracked the code to help any type of business grow. Do yourselves a favor and look into hiring Brigitte for the betterment of your company, you won't regret it."

"Brigitte did a great job of helping me clarify how my values could guide my day-to-day business decisions and reach the people I wanted to work with. That's what I like best about her approach: she's all about both you and your customers living their best lives above everything else. As a result of her guidance, I clarified my professional identity, re-focused on what was important about my message, and reworked my online presence from top to bottom. I'm really happy with the way things turned out and I'm now excited to share my website and posts with my clients and professional connections."
